1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RAMNOVA TECHNOLOGIES services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services

We provide custom web and mobile application development services. All projects are subject to a signed agreement outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in project agreements. Typical structure: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work transfer to the client. We retain rights to use project as portfolio reference.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. NDAs available upon request.

6. Warranties & Liability

We provide 30-day bug fix warranty post-launch. Our liability is limited to the project value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 15 days written notice. Client remains liable for work completed to termination date.
