No Refund Policy
RAMNOVA TECHNOLOGIES operates a strict no-refund policy for all services rendered.
1. Service Nature
Our services involve custom development work that begins immediately upon project commencement. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
2. Upfront Payments
Initial deposits (typically 50% of project value) are non-refundable as they secure resources and initiate development work.
3. Project Cancellation
If you cancel a project mid-development, you remain liable for all work completed to the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued for payments already made.
4. Quality Assurance
We provide a 30-day bug fix warranty post-launch. This warranty covers technical issues, not design preferences or scope changes.
5. Disputes
Any disputes regarding payments or deliverables should be raised within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve issues professionally.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if we fail to deliver agreed-upon services due to our inability to perform. Such cases will be evaluated individually.
